The Borgen Project is selecting a strong leader to hire and assist with managing new interns. The selected fellow will report to the President and the Board of Directors.

- Review 40-100 resumes a month and schedule interviews with the top candidates.
- Interview and screen applicants.
- Manage 4-6 interns.
- Write and distribute job descriptions.
- Develop the internship program.

Details:
The fellowship is 25-hours per week (can be more if selected candidate needs the hours), unpaid, 4-month position. Minimum Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred. The Borgen Project is located in Downtown Seattle.

OPERATIONS
* Advocate: We meet with U.S. leaders to secure their support for crucial poverty reduction legislation.

* Mobilize: We mobilize people across the globe behind efforts to make poverty a political priority.

* Educate: We teach basic advocacy skills that allow citizens to communicate with their government.

* Issue Messaging: We build awareness of global issues and innovations in poverty-reduction.
